Immanuel Starchild is the founder and managing director of Equiscape Consulting Inc., bringing more than 20 years of experience across facility management, commercial renovations, workplace strategy, and operational planning. As a Facility Manager and Green Globes Professional, he connects organizational priorities with the practical decisions that shape how spaces are planned, delivered, and managed.
His experience spans construction and design management, accessibility and inclusive design, vendor and consultant coordination, business continuity, and emergency preparedness. Working across leadership, operations, and project teams, Immanuel translates complex requirements into clear direction—helping organizations align their spaces, resources, and day-to-day practices with the needs of the people they serve.
At the heart of his approach is a commitment to people. He considers how physical environments and organizational systems work together to support well-being, participation, and performance, while recognizing the operational realities of maintaining those environments over time.
Through Equiscape, Immanuel helps clients turn their values into practical strategies for inclusive, sustainable, and resilient facilities. His approach brings empathy, collaboration, and operational insight to the relationship between people and place—so spaces work not only on opening day, but throughout their life cycle or service you'd like to show.

Satinder Gill is a facility management professional and subject matter expert in accessibility, inclusion, policy, process, and procedure development. She brings a human-centred perspective to the relationship between physical environments, organizational practices, and the people they serve.
Her experience includes more than a decade in facility and capital planning. Her work has spanned corporate space planning, retail and office renovations, workplace accessibility reviews, inclusive signage, emergency planning, and business continuity. She has coordinated teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, including on projects where facilities needed to remain operational throughout construction.
Satinder also brings a specialty in understanding how brain injuries relate to the built environment, processes, and organizational frameworks. At Equiscape, this perspective complements her accessibility and inclusion expertise, helping clients consider both physical spaces and the systems people navigate within them.
Her work on inclusive facilities highlights the importance of connecting design decisions with consultation, clear communication, staff education, and thoughtful implementation. This integrated approach aligns with Equiscape’s commitment to translating organizational values into inclusive, practical environments.
